1. Design & quote
We provide a free quote—either by visiting your property or reviewing photos. We discuss your preferred bulb color (classic white, warm, colorful, or themed) and map out a display with a clear, written estimate.
2. Professional install
Our trained crew installs your lights using property-safe clips and cords, tested circuits, and weather-conscious routing.
3. In-season support
Installation and maintenance are provided throughout the season; if something shifts in a storm or a bulb fails, we come out to fix it and replace bulbs at no additional cost so your home stays picture-perfect.
4. Take-down & label
After the holidays, we carefully remove, label, and store your lights in a climate-controlled unit for the off-season—ready for a faster install next year. Customers also receive discounts in the second year after their initial purchase.

When should I book my Christmas lights installation?
Most Evergreen Outdoor Services clients reserve their install date between early September and late October. We continue booking through the season as space allows, but earlier booking gives you the most flexibility and ensures your home is lit before your preferred date.
Do I need to buy my own lights?
No. We supply professional-grade LED lights, clips, cords, and timers as part of your package. That means consistent color, brightness, and reliability year after year—without you storing bulky bins of decor.
What happens if a strand goes out or a bulb breaks?
Your installation includes in-season maintenance. If something is damaged by weather or stops working, contact us and we’ll schedule a service visit to repair or replace it at no additional labor cost.
Can you match my HOA or neighborhood guidelines?
Yes. We regularly work within HOA requirements and can design classic, understated displays that meet brightness, color, and placement rules while still making your home stand out in the right way.
Do you take everything down after the holidays?
Yes. We’ll coordinate a takedown window with you, then remove all lights and hardware, label your setup for next year, and store everything in our facility for a smoother re-install next season.
