1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or accepting professional services from Anderson's Window Cleaning & Exterior Services LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all exterior services provided, including window cleaning, Christmas light installation, gutter cleaning, and landscaping.

2. Scope of Work & Estimates

Estimates: Any price provided via phone, email, or our website is a non-binding estimate based on the information provided by the Customer (e.g., house square footage, number of stories).

On-Site Inspection: Final pricing is determined only after an on-site inspection by our team. We reserve the right to adjust the quote if unforeseen issues (such as heavy oxidation on windows, excessive gutter debris, or difficult roof pitches for lighting) are discovered.

Customer Approval: No work will begin until the Customer has approved the final estimate or service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Due Date: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (e.g., seasonal lighting contracts).

Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late Fees: Past due accounts may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Indiana law. The Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

4. Access to Property & Preparation

The Customer must provide clear access to the work area.

Window Cleaning: Screens should be removed (unless otherwise specified), and obstacles (planters, furniture) should be moved away from windows.

Gutter/Lights: Driveways and walkways should be clear for ladder placement.

If our team cannot access the area at the scheduled time, a "Service Call Fee" may apply.

5. Limited Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

Workmanship: We warrant our labor for a period of 48 hours from the date of service for window and gutter cleaning. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the clean, we will return to touch up the area at no cost.

Christmas Lights: We warrant the functionality of our installed lights throughout the agreed-upon season. This covers bulb replacements and minor adjustments.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by "acts of God" (e.g., extreme wind, ice storms, or heavy rain immediately following a window cleaning) or tampering by third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

As a licensed and insured entity, we prioritize safety. However, to the maximum extent permitted by Indiana law, Anderson's Window Cleaning & Exterior Services LLC shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage, such as scratched glass, rotted window sills, or loose siding/gutters.

Damage to landscaping or property ornaments that were not moved prior to service.

Indirect or consequential damages unless caused by our gross negligence.

7. Weather & Cancellation Policy

Weather Delays: We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures to ensure the safety of our crew and the quality of the work.

Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts of Floyd County, Indiana.
